Entry Criteria:

  • Domestic Students: - A minimum of 16 yrs old

You will Learn:

  • How to design, create and interpret menus

  • How to cook professionally or for family friends

  • How to understand the essential tools & ingredients of the trade

  • Creative learning in an interactive environment

 

Employment Opportunities
